Sunninghill, Sandton

The exceptionally popular and stunning suburb of Sunninghill, with its myriad upmarket, gated communities, and a few large sprawling properties, lies at the end of Witkoppen Road in amongst Paulshof, Rivonia and Woodmead. Its easy access to the M1 and the N3 is excellent, whilst getting to the old Johannesburg Road, now known as the R101, allows hundreds of commuters easy access to Midrand.

It is a zippy, newer suburb. You don't move to Sunninghill to get away from it all, rather there is a sense that you are closer to the pulse of the busy city, and it is attractive to younger adults working in Sandton or Midrand particularly. With great shopping centres - Chilli Lane and Sunninghill Village, on your doorstep and Sandton City a short drive away, all your purchasing requirements are catered for and there is an abundance of great and varied restaurants close by. Excellent schools service the area include St Peters Prep and College, Redhill and Rivonia Primary to name a few. Nursery schools and home school facilities are also well represented. The local residents hold family fun days in the beautiful Sunninghill gardens park and there is a very strong sense of community. Security on the area is excellent and very visible.
