Having lived and worked in the area for over 20 years, Brendan and his team (that formerly operated as Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty), live this commitment on a daily basis, as reflected in their on-going support of the Sea Point City Improvement District.

As a committed resident and business owner in the area, Brendan initiated the support to the CID over two years ago, and most recently Live Real Estate has contributed to the maintenance of the all-important camera system within the Sea Point CBD. This camera system is one of the most integral security initiatives of the CID and even includes smart technology such as number plate recognition.
Brendan and the Live Real Estate team will continue supporting this initiative in addition to the support they provide for Atlantic Hope and DARG, as he explains, "As someone whose livelihood is linked to the continued development of the Sea Point area, and as a proud long-time resident, it is my pleasure to be one of the contributors to the important work of the Sea Point CID.
